"Staff are always friendly and welcoming despite how incredibly busy they are at times. This office is a well oiled machine. I’ve NEVER sat in the lobby longer than 34 minutes. They document the care and consults very well. A special shout out to Lairen. She is a master at placing wires and bands. If your mouth wasn’t wide open, you’d not even know she was doing it. She’s also very sweet and her bedside manner is perfection. The girls up front are fabulous too. Very accommodating, warm and kind. They get to know you quickly. I had a pretty serious and painful procedure at the start of my treatment and they were so empathetic and supportive. My son is treated here as well. They’ve got a great staff who seem to all like each other. We are very thankful we chose this office for our orthodontic journey."

"The experience has been so positive from the beginning until now, about1 1/2 yrs into the process. We are seeing great results with my sons teeth. My son has Invisalign and he uses an app to scan his teeth and the orthodontist reviews the scan and lets us know when he moves on to his next aligner. There are very few appointments where we have to go into the office. It just makes it very convenient.The location is so convenient to us here living in Clear, Lake and space city, Orthodontics are definitely experts in the field. I highly recommend them they have streamlined the process and made it all so simple."

"My daughter started the Invisalign process in Virginia over the summer. However, we had to transfer her care to Houston since my daughter was in college at the University of Houston. Kelly handled the transfer of our case there to the Space City office and walked us through the process over phone calls and text messages to make sure we knew what to expect. We had a scheduling issue on the day of her appointment for removal, but both Kelly and Nicole jumped through hoops to help us out. These 2 women are lifesavers. "I was stunned to see any low ratings for Dr. Parekh. He is a superior orthodontist. He has treated 4 of my children, all have had excellent outcomes. Dentists comment on the quality of their smile and we enjoy seeing Dr. Parekh's exceptional work too. He is not the only orthodontist that we have used, so we have a basis for comparison. Dr. Jay is simply the best. We had less positive outcomes with older children from other local orthodontists. Some will need retreatment. I would not use anyone other than Dr. Parekh. I am sorry that one patient was disappointed by the shifting of teeth after braces removal. This must be an aberrancy. We have never had that experience, and it is not typical. It does not reflect on the quality of Dr. Jay's work. It just may be an unusual personal circumstance with this patient. You can trust Dr. Jay."

"We came to Dr. Bahgia because our dentist was concerned about spacing issues in our 7 year old. Dr. Bahgia confirmed those suspicions but revealed even more issues than what was known. We started Sofia in braces last March for phase 1. She was excited but nervous. The hygienists were amazing! They joked with her to try and ease her nervousness, were patient and understanding. Sofia has always enjoyed coming to her Ortho visits. I've always appreciated how sweet the ladies are, from the front desk, to the financial offices and certainly the hygienists. They have all been excellent. I also love how thorough Dr. Bahgia is. He always explains what the process is and what the reasons are for what they do. It was important to me to know what was going on and he was always willing to spend a few minutes explaining everything. He is kind and very good with his patients. I was so skeptical I didn't think it could possibly work the way it was described but since my insurance covered a large portion of the cost I was willing to take the chance that it would work. "I read reviews on yelp to find a good orthodontist. I came for a consultation (free). From the moment I walked in, everyone was very nice. Customer service here is definitely 100%. The tech that took me back took pictures of my teeth. She explained every step, gave me a tour, and made my first visit fee very in depth. I waited for a few minutes and I was greeted by Nicole. She is the coordinater that helps you with the financial aspect of your treatment. I was immediately greeted with a warm handshake from the doctor. His consultation was so in depth and not rushed at all. He answered every question I had, even the silly ones. I thought that traditional braces was going to be my only answer but he assured me that I can have the same treatment in the same amount of time with Invisalign for the same cost (they have a promotion right now). I’m 31 years old, sign me up for clear retainer braces! I never realized that it’s so much more than just having straight teeth. He explained to me about my bite, the shape of my teeth, side effects that I have now that I didn’t even know was because of my current structure. He went into detail how and why my teeth will shift and what to expect. For a free consultation this was so in depth and really blew me away.Nicole made it easy for payments. It’s pretty up front. You make a down payment. The more you put down, the lower your payments. It’s not rocket science like some of the previous reviews I read. It’s very easy to see how many months it will take to pay off the amount. If you choose to pay it off early that’s fine. She was willing to work with me if I needed help with payments but everything was fine. It’s like having a bill due every month that’s auto drafted and you pick the date. She was very nice and explained everything in details.Last step was getting my teeth scanned for the Invisalign to get my trays. Super easy. Fast. The tech even removed my old retainer on my bottom teeth that was permanent. She made sure I was in no pain since the water is cold. I simply had to raise my hand and she would stop and hold my tooth from the ache of the cold. That’s an extra step that no hygentist has ever done. She told me that my trays will arrive in 4-6 weeks. I look forward tofuture visits here and a straight healthy smile.P.S.They have free drinks and ice cream in the waiting area which is so cool!"
