Dr. Parekh attended Texas A&M Health Sciences Center Baylor College of Dentistry, graduating with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2002. He also earned his Master of Science degree and certificate in orthodontics from The Ohio State University in 2005. Dr. Parekh regularly participates in continuing education in orthodontics and general dentistry to stay updated on the latest techniques and methods.
He is an active member of the American Dental Association, the American Board of Orthodontics, the Ohio Dental Association, the Southern Ohio Dental Society, and the Eastern Kentucky Dental Society. As a cancer survivor, he is also very active in the American Cancer Society.
A native of Odessa, Texas, Dr. Parekh lives in Ashland, KY with his wife, Lindsay, their daughter, Makenzie, and their dogs, Goose and Oliver. In his free time, Dr. Parekh enjoys flying airplanes, boating, scuba diving, and motorcycles.
